Forman has a mold-making workshop, injection, stamping, and assembly departments that we can finish the electrosparking, wire-electrode cutting, and other processes with advanced equipment like Seibu and Sodick machines. We have 25 injection machines like NISSEI, Fanuc, etc. from 30T to 180T, that are equipped with a mechanical arm, and the CCD inspection camera is applied for the vertical insert-molding one. And there are 24 high-speed punches in the stamping workshop from 35T to 110T that include machines such as the Kyori and Yamada and all are covered by protective housing for reasons of security. That all the machines in the assembly workshop are designed and built by our team can automatically finish the assembly process, inspection, and package to offer high productivity and stably quality.
