We could provide your turnkey solution for connectors ,due to we have our own know-how R&D team and 4 main workshops (tooling workshop ,injection molding and insert molding workshop ,metal stamping workshop and automatic assembly workshop) which are equiped with advanced machines.In the process, we have constantly striven to develop new concepts for original technology and techniques which have earned our high reputation in automotive industry.
Production Process:
In order to Control the product quality in the whole process, FPIC built itsself lab equiped with kinds of professional inspection and testing machine. In this lab, we could in Salt spray resistance test ,tensile test,intersection detection, coating thicknessinspection and so on. Before delivered, all the products should be detected by CCD 100%,to insure its high performance.
After 20 years development that Forman has passed ISO9001,ISO14000 and TS 16949 and become the member o f USB Associate. And we are proud of our progress, since our goods are widely used in many international brands and our quality is approved based on scientific TQM system.

Q: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A: As the product is customized and need to be produced, we will charge sample cost, but if the sample is not more expensive, we
will refund the sample cost after you placed mass orders.
