FAQ:

1 Q: Where is your factory and do you have any certificates?
  A: Our factory is located in Gongming town, Shenzhen and we have passed ISO9001, ISO14000 and TS16949.

2 Q: Do you have any qty limited?
 A: Firstly for our stock products, we can arrange the shipment according to your requirement and for the specialized one, it depends on the production cost.

3 Q: Can you please talk about your quality assurance?
 A: FPI completely control the income and outcome material according to the ISO system and 100% check for our parts by instrument, QC will spot check in each process at least per 2 hours, and before shipment, our OQC will arrange the inspection again.

4:Q: Generally how long will it take to finish a new project?
A: Firstly our engineer will review the drawing if the structure is reasonable for production and advise the solution to improve efficiency if it has, then we will confirm the drawing with you before we start mold manufacture. The sample will be produced when the mold is finished and approved. Sending you the sample for confirmation and waiting for your news. For mold manufacture, it will take 21 working days and spend 5 days for the sample.
